I accept all major debit and credit cards.
I do not issue refunds.
Always check your shipping address carefully before sending in your order. I do understand that sometimes you may be in a hurry and accidentally type in a misspelt address and I will always do my best to correct obvious mistakes. But I do not take any responsibility for orders that go astray due to errors in a given shipping address/post code. So please, always double-check shipping information when ordering.

To get your parcel to you at the lowest possible cost, I charge a flat-rate shipping fee for most orders, rather than a shipping price per product. This helps especially when you place a large order made up of lot of lightweight items. If you do order several heavy items together, however, the overall shipping fee may increase slightly (I will always notify of this when you check out/in advance of paying), but in most situations the flat-rate shipping fees given below will apply:
Standard UK Flat-Rate: £5
Standard International Flat-Rate: £13
Standard Australia Flat-Rate: £15
Note, that these shipping rates include a very small amount towards my handcrafted signature packaging. All items that I send you are lovingly wrapped and packed by me, Jessie Chorley. I am passionate about your orders arriving in a beautifully crafted, hand-wrapped style. I know how much you appreciate this also.
Also, as an artist/maker, it is very important that I send out my precious work in as secure a way as possible. Therefore all my parcels are sent with a Royal Mail tracking number.
I usually send out orders within 2–3 working days of receiving them. If I am away from my studio, running a workshop elsewhere for example, it may take a little longer. So if you need your order quickly, or have any other concerns or questions about it, let me know (see My Contact Details below).
As soon as I send out your order, I notify you by email. This email will include your unique Royal Mail tracking number.
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail’s Signed For 1st class Tracked Service. They should take 1–2 working days to arrive from my sending them out.
All International orders are sent using Royal Mail’s International Tracked Service. They usually take 8–15 working days to arrive from my sending them out.
Import Fees (International Orders)
At no point, am I, Jessie Chorley, responsible for any customs or import fees/taxes. These are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. If you do not pay them and the parcel does then not reach your address or is returned to me, so therefore goes missing, I do not offer any refunds or compensation. If, however, the parcel is returned to me intact and undamaged. I will refund the cost of the contents, minus my initial shipping charges plus a £5 handling/administration fee.
If you are unable to sign for your order at the time it reaches your address, and fail to claim it in time from your local post/sorting office, it may be returned to me, the sender. In such cases, I, Jessie Chorley, reserve the right to charge you a handling fee to cover any return costs I may incur.
