Fine Jute String

This beautiful fine string, I found in a street market in Paris.

It's absolutely wonderful for using as a base thread when couching.

This is the exact same string which I have used in my version of my new embroidery project book 'Journal with Thread'

If you have my book, you will understand exactly what I mean!

I thought that I would share some lengths with you fellow stitchers.

Each paper tag holds roughly 2.5m.
